What this website collects, what the order desk holds, who sees it and how to have it removed. Written to be read rather than to be scrolled past.
This website collects no personal data of its own. It has no accounts, no comments and no backend, and the contact forms compose a message rather than transmit one.
Order data is held by the distributor and reachable through the order desk on +1 (888) 254-0425. Website correspondence is held in the mailbox at [email protected].
What this AquaFit website holds about you
This is a static website. It has no database, no login, no shopping basket and no comment system, which removes most of what a privacy policy normally has to describe.

What the AquaFit order desk holds
An order creates a record, and that record is held by the distributor rather than by this website. It is what makes tracking and refunds possible, and it is the data most people actually want to ask about.

You type into the page
What you type stays in your own browser. Nothing is sent anywhere as you type, and no keystroke is recorded.
You press the button
The page shows a message telling you which address to send your message to, and why. It does not transmit the form. There is no server here to transmit it to.
You send an ordinary email
At which point your own email provider and ours both hold the message, exactly as they would for any email you send anybody.
A form that silently discarded what you typed would be worse than no form, and a form that pretended to submit would be worse still. This arrangement is less convenient and it is honest about where your words end up.

Two honest limits. This desk cannot delete a copy held by a carrier or a payment processor, because those are separate companies operating under their own policies. And a record that exists because the law requires a record of a sale cannot be removed while that requirement runs. Where either applies, the desk will say which and why rather than quoting a clause at you.

Two of those are worth a sentence each. The font files are requested from Google when a page loads, which is an ordinary web request but is still a request to another company, and it is listed here rather than buried. And once you reach the distributor’s checkout you are on a different website under a different policy, which is the point at which this one stops applying.

Ask for a correction

Ask not to be contacted

Depending on where you live, you may have statutory rights that go beyond the four above. Where they do, the statutory right applies and nothing on this page reduces it.
Age, and updates to this AquaFit policy
AquaFit is sold to adults aged 18 and over. This website is not directed at children, does not knowingly collect anything from a child, and does not operate an account system in which a child could register. One deliberate omission is worth naming. There is no cookie banner on this website, and that is not an oversight.
